We accept returns only for defective items.
If your order is damaged during transit, a claim must be made directly with the shipper. While we will assist in expediting this process, please note that a return or refund may not be issued until the carrier’s claims process is completed.

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to determine whether a replacement will be issued at no charge. If the return is not approved, you will be contacted with further details. If a replacement is not in stock, we will offer you an alternative product or a full refund.
If your item is deemed defective, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label. If the item is not defective, no return will be accepted.
If a replacement item is unavailable, you will be contacted by the company and a refund may be issued to the original payment method. We do not offer store credit or exchanges.
