Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Uforia. Please review the following information about our order fulfillment and shipping process.

Order Fulfillment

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We fulfill all orders in-house and aim to ship within 48 hours of order placement, provided items are in stock and there are no delays due to payment processing or fraud concerns. Orders placed over weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer flat rate shipping on all orders. Orders totaling $200 or more (before taxes/discounts) will qualify for free ground shipping. All shipments are sent via USPS or UPS Ground, depending on which service offers the most cost-effective delivery. Customers cannot select a preferred carrier at checkout. We currently ship to U.S. addresses only.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to regulatory restrictions, we do not ship kratom products to the following areas where sale or possession is prohibited:

States: Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin

Cities/Counties: San Diego (CA), Sarasota County (FL), Union County (MS), Denver (CO), and any other jurisdictions where kratom is banned

We are working to implement systems that block orders from these areas, but ultimately, it is the customer’s responsibility to know and comply with their local laws and regulations. Any orders placed from restricted areas are subject to cancellation.

Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and determine if a replacement shipment is appropriate at our discretion. If tracking shows “Delivered” but the package cannot be found, we are not responsible for replacement. Any loss occurring after confirmed delivery is the responsibility of the recipient. We do not require a signature upon delivery, regardless of order value.

Order Changes & Cancellations

To request changes or cancel your order, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. You may also reach out via our website for shipping updates.
